		<description>The housing situation is unreal in Arizona. I have family who moved out there for work and bought a house about a year and a half ago. They estimate they&#039;ve already lost 50%. It&#039;s a nice house too.  At this point they could probably strip it like a stolen car and get more for the parts. As far as AZ slashing services, the school system is already a joke so I doubt there&#039;s much to grab there.</description>
